Made by the Asian Rock Bees (Apis dorsata) in the dense forests of the Western Ghats of India, this honey is gathered by the native Kadars and Malayars (Tribal Communities of the river basins of Western Ghats of India). The aroma, colour and taste depends on the type of flower it visits, giving it a smokey look paired with a heavenly taste.
