1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

Because our products are food and wellness consumables, returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an incorrect product
  • The product packaging was tampered or unsealed at the time of delivery
  • Items were missing from your order

Returns or replacements must be requested within 3 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, all food products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Oils
  • Honey
  • Spices
  • Gift boxes containing consumable items

Once delivered, products cannot be returned due to:

  • Taste preferences
  • Texture
  • Color
  • Aroma

As our products are completely natural, slight variations between batches are normal and do not indicate a defect.


3. How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • Clear photos of:
    • Outer packaging
    • Product
    • Invoice or order confirmation
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged items)

Requests without proper documentation may not be eligible.


4. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are issued only for approved cases
  • Replacement items are subject to product availability
  • If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion

Refunds are issued only when:

  • A replacement is not possible
  • The issue is confirmed after review

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by:

    • An incorrect item sent by us

If the product was purchased as a gift:
